Pacific Credit Services has been in operation for more than 70 years. We are active in industry trade associations, our community, and work with credit grantors locally and nationwide.

Meet The Team

Kelly Parsons-O'Brien

PRESIDENT

Kelly is a third generation debt collector, who started working for the family business in 1994. In January of 2015 Kelly and her business partner purchased the company. She has a passion for collections, she has spent her career working with our clients to help them locate and collect from consumers and companies. Kelly has served as the President for the California Associations of Collectors and still remains active in the organization.

Justin Cullum

VICE PRESIDENT

Justin is Vice President of Pacific Credit Services. He has been in the debt collection industry for 22 years. He started his journey in 1996 as a part time file clerk after school at PCS. He has worked in PCS’ Legal Department, Client Services, and Collection Department. In 2015 Justin, along with his business partner purchased PCS. Justin feels that PCS is a critical partner to the businesses that it serves by returning the money that was lost to them, and helping the communities that PCS serves thrive!

Lydia Morales

COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Lydia has been a part of the PCS team for over 13 years, starting off as a collector and working her way up to Compliance Manager. She loves her current position being able to stay abreast of current laws and regulations ensuring PCS remains compliant in the collection industry. Lydia’s biggest accomplishment, is being a proud mother to her children, Alanna and Masen.

Monica Sacluti

LEGAL MANAGER/OFFICE MANAGER

Monica starter her career with PCS in 2002 a collector; by 2004 she moved to our Legal Department and currently manages the legal team. The Legal Department has given her the opportunity to learn something new every day that she can even apply to her personal life! Monica comes from a large family and because her dad was in the military, she was able to travel throughout Asia.
